Congratulations Jon Urben & the Oshkosh Cable Access Television staff, Jeff Thorkildsen & the Friends of OCAT, Walt Domnie & the WOCT Steering Committee and the private donors for the successful launch of 101.9 FM, WOCT Oshkosh.

WOCT will broadcast local government meetings, various municipal programs and a variety of music blocks. It will also serve as a useful tool during times of emergency and severe weather.
