100 N. Main follow up

I just read this over on Stew's "blog" on the Oshkosh Northwestern Website. Mr. Ganther emailed Stew to provide follow up information regarding the 100 N. Main apartments. He provides us with information that I'm not sure many of us (myself included) knew or realized.
