An elderly lady spent Earth Day planting 10 terraces in a blighted area on the near east side. Hopefully this was appreciated. She's a good soul who outdoes herself in her efforts towards neighborhood improvement, a neighborhood pride committee of one! Thank you "flower lady"! : )
